Set hours per day. Days with 1 hour or 2 hours are charged at a short-event premium. 3+ hours is our base rate.

Most clients pick both — instant sharing creates engagement on the day, while the edited gallery gives you polished content for marketing afterward.
Instant photo sharing
Guests scan a QR code to opt in. Photos delivered to their phones during and after the event. Included in your hourly rate.

Choose any combination of full and half days. Setup is included. Each participant receives one retouched headshot delivered on the spot.
Planning your booth: One booth comfortably handles up to 100 participants per full day or 50 per half day. For higher volumes, add additional booths to a day (max 3 per day).

Optional add-ons to make your booth run more smoothly.
Online scheduling
Let participants book their own time slot in advance — reduces wait times and keeps the day running smoothly.
Lead capture
Collect custom attendee information at registration and receive a CSV with all the data after the event.
