Absolutely! As much as I’d like to think I have the eye to find your best side, YOU are the one who gets the final say.

I shoot all portraits and headshots tethered. That’s just a fancy way of saying the shots in my camera go straight to my laptop so you can see them on a larger screen, in real-time.

As we shoot, I will mark the best shots and after your session, we will go through the list together to narrow down only the best shots.

One of the things that I believe sets this studio apart from other photographers in Burlington and Oakville is that professional retouching is included with every image purchase.

While I believe less is more when it comes to retouching, if certain things stand out in your headshot that you wish to have adjusted, we can discuss them during your session.

Most people hate having their pictures taken. I mean, they literally would do anything to avoid it. I get it. I'm one of them, which is why I got into photography in the first place….

It's hard to know what your face is doing when you can't see it. Truth is, the perfect shot exists in everyone and we WILL get yours. That's a promise.

Remember, your session length is flexible. I'm not here to rush you if we don't have to. We will shoot as much as we need for as long as we need and I guarantee we'll bring out an expression you didn't know you had.

Variety: Bring outfits that represent different aspects of your style. Comfort and confidence in what you wear are key.

Fit Matters: Clothes that fit well make a significant difference. Choose items that flatter your body shape and make you feel great.

Necklines and Collars: These elements frame your face, so consider a mix of v-necks, crew necks, or collars.

Sleeve Options: Bring a combination of long and short sleeves to vary the look.

Absolutely. For some people, it makes the experience way more comfortable. But, you might want to warn them. I WILL try to take their picture!

You will receive your images within 3-5 business days of purchasing your images. You can download your digital images from the gallery for up to 90 days.

While I have immense respect for child photographers and their unique skill set, my particular style and coaching approach are tailored more towards teens and adults. Additionally, the studio environment I've crafted is best suited for those over the age of 13. I believe in providing the best experience for my clients, and I feel most confident in delivering exceptional results when working within this age range.

As many as you need, no more and no less. Images are sold individually on-site after your session, and it is a guided process. That means you don’t need to spend a week sorting through 200 photos and feel overwhelmed making a choice, not knowing what to even look for. I will never sell you an image that I don’t think puts your best foot forward, and I won’t stop shooting until you get an image you are thrilled about.

This is a great option if you have a large team and something I offer for individuals and teams, large or small. Location fees apply.

I pride myself on offering a very specific and consistent style of headshot to my clients, but I also love colouring outside the lines.
